This topic describes the common uses for the Analytics reporting section. Each report gives instant details about certain support activities within a desired reporting period. The report filters enable you to control reports information, and to vary the data presentation.
The Analytics section contains 24 ready-made reports:
- Tickets summary - Submitted, 6 reports based on selected data aggregation
- Tickets summary - Closed, 6 reports based on selected data aggregation
- Tickets summary - Tags
- Submitted vs Closed, 4 reports based on selected period aggregation
- Actions summary, 6 reports based on selected data aggregation
- Billable time.
Each analytic report allows you to download data to PDF file or CSV (Excel) file if you want to do your own analysis.
The Analytics section also contains the Report builder that allows you to build your own analytic reports based on the tickets' data.
